Barrage – The Leeghwater Project introduces a new faction to the base game; use Ellen Vos from the Netherlands, ready to follow in the footsteps of Jan Leeghwater.
Take advantage of outside labor and your buildings, through a combination of tiles, each with a different, powerful effect that can be activated by your engineers.
Take advantage of two new executive officers and three new advanced technology tiles dedicated to building personal buildings.
