51st State: Ultimate Edition is the complete package for 51st State , including the base game and six expansions: New Era , Winter , Scavengers , Allies , Moloch , and No Man's Land .

In the 51st Estate , the world as you know it no longer exists. There is no government. No army. No civilization. The United States has collapsed, and now, thirty years after the war began, new powers are finally trying to take control of the ruined country, trying to establish a new order, trying to control others and create a new country, a new state: the 51st Estate.

In this card game, players control one of four powers (Mutants, Traders, New Yorkers, and Appalachians) and attempt to build their new country. Players add new locations to the game, hire leaders, and send people to work on buildings to gain resources and new abilities.

Each card in 51st State can be played in three ways: you can get a lot of resources but only once, or you can sign a contract and get one resource per turn, or you can use it to attack and use its ability. One card, three possibilities. Many decisions and choices that matter.
