DESCRIPTION
You thought it would be just another day at work in the toy factory, but no: the company's managers learned about the Kanban methodology during a seminar. Convinced of its efficiency, they reworked the entire production department to take advantage of the benefits of Kanban. They even brought in the manager of the local EV car plant, Sandra, as a consultant!
Now you have to try to impress them all by becoming even more productive in the toy factory you work in. If you can convince them that you are enthusiastic about this new approach, even exceeding their high expectations, you can get a supervisory position and get off the assembly line!
Your goal in Bot Factory is to collect blueprints and parts, then assemble bots, thus meeting demand goals and improving the value of the bot you are producing. Sandra, the Kanban factory manager, is present in this game and moves between different departments and uses player spaces. The game uses the same worker placement mechanism as Kanban, where the shift order is determined by the position of the workers on the board.
