This War of Mine: The Board Game

This War of Mine is a board game that will allow you to relive the harsh atmosphere of the highly successful video game of the same name set in a war-torn city in the midst of the war conflict. By collaborating with the rest of the players, you will have to help your characters survive the perils of simple daily life while violence and devastation rage outside your narrow refuge.

During the day you will have to manage the characters of your iconic group of survivors in order to build everything necessary to survive: beds, tools, water tanks, small traps and maybe a makeshift garden. By using your tools to the best of your ability you will be able to avoid dying of hunger or thirst, but unfortunately food will not be your only problem, indeed... Outside your shelter other survivors will act, each with their own interests and nature, you may meet those who are willing to trade with you, those who could simply give you a hand, but also those who will take advantage of you in a brutal way. It is up to you to choose how to behave in the various situations in an ever-changing story that will change in each of your games.

As the day ends, night falls, a time full of dangers and opportunities in which you will have to protect your refuge, but which you can also use to explore the city stealthily in search of precious resources. Who will you be willing to sacrifice for such a risky exploration? What if he gets injured or worse... doesn't return?

This War of Mine is this, a series of difficult and highly significant choices that will have an impact on a tense ending. The game ends with the end of the war hostilities, at which point you will have the opportunity to verify how and if you managed to survive thanks to a system of epilogues based on the choices made during the entire game.

Survival has never been so brutal, and in war, not everyone is a soldier.
