Refund policy

RETURNS 

Our policy allows for returns within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Refunds or returns are NOT permitted for opened or unsealed products.

Certain categories of goods are excluded from returns. All items on sale or purchased through the BH Premium programme, and therefore through loyalty points, are excluded.

Additional items not eligible for return: 

  • Gift vouchers

  • Booster packs

  • Accessories

For a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially recorded.

Next, contact your bank. Processing times for refunds may vary.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only full-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at assistenzaboardhouse@gmail.com and ship the item to the following address:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be posted to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will then be informed of your return.

Shipping

To return your product, please ship it to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.

If you are returning an item worth over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
