SHIPPING OF YOUR PARCEL

BoardHouse will ship the items ordered to the address specified by the customer, using one of the available couriers. 

• Estimated delivery times: 
  

  • Italy: 24/48 working hours

  • Islands, smaller islands, Venice Lagoon, Calabria: may require additional time and costs

  • Rest of the world: 72+ hours 

⚠️ Delivery times are not guaranteed and should be considered indicative only. They may vary due to bad weather, unforeseen events, strikes, traffic issues, national events, seasonal peaks, demonstrations, or other force majeure causes beyond BoardHouse’s control. 

Shipping Costs & Packaging 

• Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees.

• We recommend combining your items into a single order.

• Separate orders cannot be combined; shipping fees will be charged for each.

• Parcels are shipped at the customer’s risk, but great care is taken in packaging.

• Boxes are sturdy and reinforced, with high-quality wrapping materials.

 ⚠️ If you receive a parcel that is non-compliant, open, or visibly damaged, you must accept it by requesting the courier to mark it with “conditional acceptance” (signature with reservation).

Without this note, we cannot provide assistance for damage claims.

Shipping Options 

• InPost (collection points): 3–5 working days → €2.99

• Standard Shipping (SDA or Poste Italiane): 4–6 working days → €4.99

• Express Shipping (SDA, BRT or TNT, direct to your address): 2–3 working days → €6.99

 ✅ FREE shipping on orders over €80

⚡ If you choose Express Shipping on orders over €80, the fee is reduced to €2.

Tracking

For any shipping method chosen, you will receive a link to track your parcel online.
