DESCRIPTION

In Blood Rage, each player will be the leader of a clan of Norse warriors during the coming of Ragnarok, the prelude to the end of the world! It is the last chance for Viking warriors to gain the glory necessary to reserve a place of prestige in Valhalla. It is not easy to gain the favor of the gods, but there are many ways to achieve it: you can invade and raid the lands of your enemies, destroy them in epic battles, complete quests, increase the prestige of your clan or even die gloriously in battle or during the inevitable final showdown of Ragnarok.

Much of your strategies will be decided by the cards you draft at the beginning of each of the 3 rounds of the game, called Ages. These cards represent the Gifts of the Gods and will grant your tribe numerous benefits, such as an increase in the strength of the warriors, an increase in the development of the clan, or even help in the battle against the mythological creatures of Viking mythology. The valiant Thor, for example, will grant you greater glory based on your victories in battle, while Heimdall will allow you to have foresight and planning, Tyr will strengthen your troops, while Loki, rather subtly, will reward you for losing in battle, also punishing the winner.

You will therefore have to choose well during the initial phase of card drafting, but you will also have to know how to make do with what fate will put at your disposal. The fate of battles will also be decided by some cards that you will play secretly, which in some cases will give you greater advantages even by losing. Winning the war will not always be the key to victory, what matters is glory and the only way to be sure of losing is to not throw yourself into the fray, ready to go towards your glorious fate!
