Each turn, players plan their moves by secretly selecting the paths they will take on the board. Every time a player moves, they reveal new board features—called props—that can be interacted with to achieve their objectives or hinder opponents.

Survivors can use a wide range of props to survive and complete the trial, while Killers have fewer props but can interact directly with Survivors through their attacks or unique powers. Each Killer has a distinct ability that completely changes the way the game is played. Both Killers and Survivors possess perks that grant them special abilities. Advanced players can customize their characters with different perk setups, offering even greater replayability.

This expansion introduces a selection of five new Killers and Survivors. Test your skills as The Clown, The Huntress, The Trickster, The Legion, or The Plague—each bringing new and cunning ways to corner the Survivors. Or take on the role of one of the five new Survivors—Kate, David, Yun-Jin, Jeff, or Jane—each with their own unique abilities to counter the Killers and ensure their survival.
