The bank robbery went great, but now you're being hunted! Can you escape the city with the loot or will the police stop you? A great new game from Vital Lacerda.
Escape Plan is the new game by Vital Lacerda , a game is for 2-5 players and has a duration of 60-120 minutes.
By purchasing the game here on BoardHouse you will receive the English version of the game. This version will also contain all the upgrades unlocked on KS.
After a successful bank heist, you and your fellow robbers are enjoying a low-key, pleasant life. Most of the money is still hidden in a safe place, while the rest is invested in businesses all over the city. Everything is going according to plan, but suddenly the police have a say in the investigation! After a tough confrontation with the other members of the gang (in which there was no shortage of mutual accusations and the tension between you rose to a dangerous level), you have decided that it is time to separate your path from that of the others...
To make matters worse, the Police Special Task Force (SWAT) has arrived and is starting to close off all exits from the city. Your only option is to escape before it's too late. But you'll need a plan, one that will allow you to escape the metropolitan area while also recovering as much money as possible. You'll need to call in favors and hire local gangs to create diversions. Bribing the Police might also be a good idea, but it's not a cheap option. Disguises can certainly help, but you won't be able to fool everyone. Putting the Police on the trail of your former colleagues will also give you a better chance of escaping, but the others will probably be thinking the same thing...
Can you escape the city with more money than the others, or will the police trap you before you can "take flight"?
In Escape Plan, players take on the role of robbers, who can influence the moves of the police officers each turn. Players move around a modular map, trying to reach the best places to recover their loot and escape the city with more money than the other criminals. The Police will try to thwart their escape plan, even using force if necessary. Players can play cards to help their escape and slow down that of others, but they will also take actions that allow them to move and engage gangs, drug mules and informants.
Escape Plan is a tactical game, but without direct interaction, that contains asymmetric roles based on missions, that players can complete during the game while trying to avoid the Police. The roles of the players are individual and each will act only for himself. In the end, only the one who manages to escape the city with the most money will be the winner.
The structure of Escape Plan takes inspiration from the most famous films on the theme of large-scale bank robberies.
This set contains all unlocked enhancements from the KS campaign not included in the retail version of the game.
