Kanban EV

Kanban EV is a game by Vital Lacerda , for 1-4 players (thanks to the solitaire variant created by David Turczi ), lasting 90 - 120 minutes.

Electric Vehicles (EVs) have become more common since 2014. EVs are the future of the automotive industry. They are superior vehicles because they are more efficient, easier to maintain, greener and cheaper. They are computerized machines that use AI to improve safety and will eventually provide automated driving. They receive software updates throughout their “lifetime” and are continually improving, unlike their traditional combustion engine counterparts, which begin to become obsolete as soon as they are used.

Vehicles move along the assembly line.


During the game, players will take on the role of new employees eager to advance their careers. You will need to monitor suppliers and supplies, improve and modernize machine parts, and use plenty of elbow grease on the assembly line to increase production and impress the factory boss.



Each model can be improved with various Parts.

You must make smart use of the factory's recycling facilities and limited resources to get the right parts when suppliers aren't up to par. Because the factory must always operate at peak efficiency, production won't wait for you or for mistakes.


You can get many new projects from the Design Department.


Kanban EV is a resource and time management game that puts you in control of the entire production process, competing for factory goals and the highest promotion. You will earn Production Points (PP) by performing various actions in the game and the player with the most PP at the end of the game is declared the winner.


Sandra, the factory manager, will monitor your work and keep the pace in the factory.
