Our products are sent with InPost for collection points, with delivery in 3-5 working days.

We then use SDA or Poste Italiane for Standard shipping with deliveries ranging from 4 to 6 working days, and via SDA, BRT or TNT courier choosing EXPRESS shipping, shipped directly to the address indicated by you within 2/3 working days.

The delivery date is purely indicative. The shipping price is €2.99 with InPost, €4.99 with Poste Italiane and €6.99 for EXPRESS shipping regardless of the number of products ordered, and is FREE for orders over €80. If you choose EXPRESS shipping the price will be €2 above €80. .

Returns and Refunds

Our policy is a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Uno dei pochissimi store italiani in cui si possono trovare giochi di Lacerda ed è quello in cui li si trova al prezzo minore, trovato inoltre scontato al 10% a cui ho aggiunto un ulteriore 10% grazie allo sconto di ben venuto.
Pacco spedito nel giorno indicato ed arrivato addirittura prima della data che avevano messo come consegna.
Gioco in ottime condizioni.
Il pacco penso sia il migliore che abbia mai visto, super protetto, sia lateralmente che interiormente e superiormente con un cartone aggiuntivo che andava a coprirlo.

Una fantastica prima volta

Da tempo volevo recuperare KanbanEV dopo esserne rimasto folgorato da una prima partita e grazie a Board House è stato possibile. E' la prima volta che acquisto sul sito e devo fare un plauso al team sia per la comunicazione costante ed il rispetto nei confronti del cliente, che, oltre sul piano della reperibilità, si rispecchia anche nella qualità degli imballaggi con cui è stato protetto il gioco. Davvero complimenti, un'ottima prima volta per me.
