Kinfire Council

In Kinfire Council, will you be a selfish politician? A benevolent leader? Or will you give in to temptation and join forces with those who seek to destroy? The choice is yours… As a councilor, it will be up to you to provide for and protect the great city of Din’Lux. Send workers to build new crossfire beacons, arrest cultists, and fight threats beyond the city walls. Change the rules of the game by voting on decrees that benefit your strategy, and train your workers with skills that will help you achieve your goals. Show Atios what a true leader looks like… win, and you will go down in history as one of the greatest Din’Lux has ever seen.

Kinfire Council is a competitive strategy and politics game for 2-6 players. As a member of the Council, you have been tasked with rebuilding the great city of Din'Lux and defending it from the dangers of the Starless Nights. You take turns sending your workers to gather resources, upgrade buildings, and construct new Kinfire beacons in the surrounding area, while the Cult of Altan interferes with your plans and undermines your authority. You must vote on important city policies, arrest cultists, and send your Seeker to thwart the threats that loom over the last bastion of civilization: the great city of Din'Lux.
As you vie for power among yourselves, you also track the Cult's progress. If they win the game, the Cult's conspirator becomes the victor. Will you be a benevolent leader, working with the Council members, or will your plans take a more sinister turn?

Winds of Change, the first expansion for Kinfire Council, adds brand-new location tiles and redevelopment laws that evolve the game board over time. Cult Decree cards allow you and your fellow councilors to play cooperatively or take on the Cult solo.
