DESCRIPTION

Lewis & Clark returns with an improved second edition that will allow you to once again join the two adventurers, Meriwether Lewis and William Clark, in the exploration of the North American continent with the aim of reaching the Pacific coast. Lewis & Clark is an atypical resource management and worker placement game, which elegantly introduces a deck building engine capable of creating something truly original and intriguing!

Players will lead an expedition that they will have to manage to be the first to reach the Pacific coast and win the game. The expedition will consist of six men, but during the journey the expedition may be joined by new explorers or Native Americans. Character cards allow you to activate special actions, while Native Americans can be used to enhance the latter or employed on the actions available directly on the game board.

The more characters you add to your group, the more options you have to play, but also the more difficult it is to manage your team! Players will also have to deal with the space available on their boats: a large load means more resources to spend to advance their explorer towards the finish line, but also more ballast that could slow them down when it comes to moving their base camp!

This new edition brings with it a series of improvements to the rules, based on feedback collected from the many fans of this game that has enthralled an entire generation of players!
