Spectacular

In Spectacular, each player creates a park to preserve endangered and vulnerable animals. Your job is to configure the park to best care for these species. Welcome new animals, feed them properly, promote breeding, expand each habitat, and build observation towers for visitors to observe the snow leopard, pangolin, and other spectacular animals.

Spectacular features simultaneous play and interaction between players, as your opponents' decisions will affect the tiles and dice at your disposal. The game also features asymmetrical player boards (on the back).
The game offers simple rules, quick setup, short playing times, engaging puzzles, and can be played by 1 to 6 players with little downtime, even with a higher player count.
During the game, you select animal tiles and dice, where the dice represent food for the animals. The color of the dice must match the color of the habitat of the animal tiles. Each turn involves a crucial decision-making process, in which you must consider whether to draw a die of a certain value or secure an animal tile that may no longer be available. At the end of the game, for each area of ​​connected tiles of the same habitat, you score points for the sum of the dice of that color.
During the game, you also build watchtowers, which give points for all three adjacent dice. The goal is also to collect as many different species as possible, with increasing points awarded for greater variety. Ultimately, the player with the most points wins the game!

After a few games, you can challenge yourself by playing with three mission tiles (out of 18). While they offer the possibility of getting a higher score, they also increase the difficulty level of the puzzle.
