Commissioned by an organization shrouded in mystery, players take on the role of a seasoned historian who embarks on a quest to piece together the recipe for a legendary elixir by investigating maps, drawings, alchemical diagrams, and mysterious artifacts. Combining story, hand-drawn illustrations, vibrant characters, and original puzzles, The Emerald Flame will challenge and engage players of all experience levels. Each session takes approximately 1.5-3 hours to complete, for a recommended group size of 1-4. From the creator of the “insidiously clever” puzzle adventure The Tale of Ord, The Emerald Flame is a new epic for fans of escape rooms, game nights, and “not just games, but… experiences.”

Our products are sent with InPost for collection points, with delivery in 3-5 working days.

We then use SDA or Poste Italiane for Standard shipping with deliveries ranging from 4 to 6 working days, and via SDA, BRT or TNT courier choosing EXPRESS shipping, shipped directly to the address indicated by you within 2/3 working days.

The delivery date is purely indicative. The shipping price is €2.99 with InPost, €4.99 with Poste Italiane and €6.99 for EXPRESS shipping regardless of the number of products ordered, and is FREE for orders over €80. If you choose EXPRESS shipping the price will be €2 above €80. .

Whatever type of shipping you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. The boxes are adequately large in size and your items are super protected. 99.99% of the products we ship arrive at their destination without a scratch.

Returns and Refunds

Our policy is a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition that you received it.
