Our products are sent with InPost for collection points, with delivery in 3-5 working days.

We then use SDA or Poste Italiane for Standard shipping with deliveries ranging from 4 to 6 working days, and via SDA, BRT or TNT courier choosing EXPRESS shipping, shipped directly to the address indicated by you within 2/3 working days.

The delivery date is purely indicative. The shipping price is €2.99 with InPost, €4.99 with Poste Italiane and €6.99 for EXPRESS shipping regardless of the number of products ordered, and is FREE for orders over €80. If you choose EXPRESS shipping the price will be €2 above €80. .

Whatever type of shipping you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. The boxes are adequately large in size and your items are super protected. 99.99% of the products we ship arrive at their destination without a scratch.

Returns and Refunds

Our policy is a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, refunds or returns are NOT allowed for opened or die-cut products.
